While straining at stools, a man may sometimes involuntarily pass a whitish fluid in the urine. In actuality, it is the secretion of the prostatic and periurethral glands. But the quacks have spread this myth that it is the semen, which flows out. For this reason, the condition has been named the Dhatu Rog.
