What's on the Aerobic Menu?

Fitness Studios offer a wide variety of classes one can engage themselves in. The routines include Step, Boxercise, Pilates, Hi-lo fusions, Body Sculpting, Circuit Training, Slide Training, Callanetics, Calisthenics, Weight Training, and more.

Get in Gear

  • Avoid wearing synthetic fabrics such spandex, Lycra and nylon, as they don't allow the skin to breathe. Cotton on the other hand, does. So, the heat build-up, which is a natural by- product of exercise, can easily be dissipated.

  • Many exercisers like the look and feel of leotards and tights, but any non-binding clothing that allows you to move freely is fine to wear.

  • Don't compromise on footwear. Get a good pair of sneakers with a thick sole for adequate cushioning. Your lower limbs need good support. Air-soled shoes are usually far more supportive and provide better cushioning than others.
