Why is Aerobic Important

Aerobics literally means "in the presence of oxygen". Any cardiovascular activity, whether it be walking, jogging, a dance aerobic class, swimming, cycling, stair climbing, a racket game, rope skipping, etc, is considered aerobic.

Why Aerobics?
